Staff very friendly and helpful (although our storage unit is off university, the main office is on N. 25th - this was our mistake). It seems all the units are garage style, they supply pallets so your items don't have to rest on floor. Not temperature regulated. We needed something close to Lindenwood park neighborhood and the location was ideal for us. Storage area lot seemed clean and plowed out. You'll need a circular padlock, they have some for reasonable price.

Easy to reserve and pay online - that was great! When I opened my storage unit first time, it was clean-no leftover debris on floor. Better signage needed?? Maybe it's buried in snow but went one way to find my unit only to discover it was an 'exit only', so backed up and maneuvered around and along the snow hills to get to unit. (Wasnt sure I was gonna make it around the corner but 22-23 winter has been nuts and everyone is running out of room to put snow!! ) But now that I know where and how to go, all is good!!
