The office is so friendly and so swift at replying to any questions or concerns that you may have. The prices are great, and the units are incredibly sturdy. The alleys between units are spacious so two trucks can pass each other with no difficulty, or a large trailer can be brought in just fine, even through the locking gates. The place is clean, safe, and rises above expectations. I will absolutely use them again.

I stored my vehicle and belongings here while I was deployed 6+ months. Getting started: During the consultation: Norma was very kind, patient and honest when making suggestions for unit sizes. I spoke to Alainah once and she was very kind as well. *sorry if I spelled name wrong Simple process, great prices and they provide an emergency contact number for after hours support. In addition to the durable locks, the units also have alarms so I didn't have to worry about theft. Emptying out my unit: Upon my return back to the states and after cleaning out my unit, they sent me a check for the prorated amount with a clear invoice explaining how much I'm getting back and why. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks to you both and have a great summer.

My family moved to Grand Forks from 4 hours away and we needed multiple storage garages in various sizes. I set up a rental agreement on the phone with Norma and she was amazing. She walked me through all the parts of the agreement and set up auto pay. When we arrived we were pleased to see the top notch security. Not only was the facility gated (with an individual pin code) but our unit themselves had individual alarms. We had zero problems and couldn’t have been more pleased with the customer service. We will definitely use them again if we have further storage needs.
