I'm doing this review from a different email account than the one we used with them (this is Jim Albert). We rented at the location close to UMary in Bismarck. We had a great experience overall with Five Star Storage. From day one, the people in the office taking the calls were well trained and helpful. Later I needed some information and help from the manager, and she also was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are from out of state, so we really appreciate everything they did for us. We plan to use them every year we have kids at UMary. Thank you!!
